in my capacity hereby consent in the participation in the South Carolina Golden Gloves competition (“the Event”) being held on the 8,9,10 of Feb. 2024.I recognize and accept that there are inherent risks associated with the sport of boxing and that I may be injured as a result of the activity arising from participation in the Event. In consideration of [being permitted] to participate in the Event I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against South Carolina Golden Gloves and Boxing At The Depot and USA Boxing, it’s employees, any USA Boxing Fitness Instructors, Coaches, members, Directors, Board Members, insurers, Directors, officers, Voluntary members, referees and associates , for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my child, howsoever they may occur. I hereby consent that South Carolina Golden Gloves, Boxing At The Depot, and USA Boxing, its representatives, successors, or assigns, shall have the right to publish or use any photographs, movie films, video tapes, digital images and/or sound recordings, submitted text or any part thereof, they have taken or made of me on this date or in which I may have been included, for publicity, advertising, Internet usage or any other lawful purpose in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name or image, or in reproductions there of in color. Further I agree that this Waiver shall be read in conjunction with all previous waivers in respect to participation at South Carolina Golden Gloves activities and events.
